History

SoundMUD started as the project of a multiplayer, sound-only, virtual world: a MUD with sound instead of text. But it evolved and branched to:

• an (incomplete) action-roleplay game: SoundMUD 0.9, followed by an (incomplete) mini-MMORPG: SoundMUD redux
• a real-time strategy game: SoundRTS
